We have a Made to order policy, which means you have the right to return the product if there are faults on the product. If you find any unsatisfactory item, please send us a message to  sales@tinesdaleisurewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
All items offered in our website are produced especially for you, therefore return rights are limited to mistakes, faults and wrong product send.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a new item. However, the product can not be exchanged for different sizes, quality, color or other already chosen selection.
